- All services are performed by our licensed and qualified mechanics in accordance with NSW Fair Trading and applicable laws.
2. Service Standards
- Work will be carried out with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and within a reasonable timeframe, as required by Australian Consumer Law.
3. Estimates and Payment
- Quotes are provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a fee.
4. Warranty
- Labour is warrantied for [6 months or 3,000 kms]. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as required by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues unrelated to our work.
6. Insurance
- The business holds public liability insurance. Damages as defined under the insurance will be covered up to the policy limit.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information and ensure safe, accessible working conditions for our mechanics.
8. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
9. Record Keeping
- We maintain records of all work as required by NSW law.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be addressed in good faith. If unresolved, they may be referred to NSW Fair Trading or the appropriate tribunal.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable federal laws.
